Cambodia: You can obtain a visa upon arrival without prior arrangements. The cost is $30 USD per person, and you will need two passport-sized photos. The processing time at the airport is typically about 15 minutes.

Laos: Similar to Cambodia, a visa can be obtained upon arrival with no prior arrangements necessary. The cost is $35 USD per person, requiring two passport-sized photos, with a processing time of about 15 minutes at the airport.

Myanmar: A visa is required in advance. Tourist visas can be obtained from any Myanmar embassy or consulate worldwide. Tourist visas are valid for up to 28 days. For travelers arriving via Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Vietnam, visas can usually be processed within three working days. A visa for pick-up upon arrival is available upon request.

Thailand: Tourists can obtain a visa that allows them to stay in the Kingdom for tourism purposes. Note that employment or conducting business is not permitted on a tourist visa.

Vietnam: A visa is generally required before entering Vietnam. Tourist visas can be obtained from any Vietnamese embassy or consulate worldwide, valid for 30 days and extendable through our head office.


Alternatively, if you cannot visit an embassy or consulate, we can arrange a visa on arrival for you, which we handle at no additional cost at Luxury Travel Co., Ltd. This service is available at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Danang, or Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi). The urgent visa service costs $75 USD and the standard service is $50 USD. Both options require two passport-sized photos.

To apply for your visa on arrival, please provide us with the following details:

Once we receive your information, we will process the visa within three working days. Upon approval, we will send the visa directly to you; please print it out and present it when necessary.


Upon arrival at the airport in Vietnam, you will need to complete a simple form, have two passport-sized photos ready, and pay a stamp fee of $25 USD per person. The expected waiting time is about 15 minutes.

Please note: We only process visas for guests who have booked other services with us. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months and has two blank pages. If you book with us, we also offer a complimentary visa approval letter.

Once you submit your order form with your credit card details, we will process the booking. All reservations will be followed up within 24 hours with confirmation emails or, if there are any issues, alternative suggestions.

After your service is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation voucher detailing all reservation conditions and pricing. We strongly advise you to print this voucher as it may need to be presented at various points during your service.

Please ensure you have your booking confirmation number ready upon arrival or at hotel check-ins, as it will be required.

Deposit & Down Payment

A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required upon confirmation of your booking. An additional deposit may be required if our standard deposit is less than what is required by our local suppliers.

Full Payment

Your reservation will be secure until 45 days before your departure date, at which point full payment for all services is required. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that all bank transfer charges or credit card fees must be covered by you. Our prices do not include transaction fees, so please add a 3.85% fee for Visa or Mastercard and a 4.5% fee for American Express to the total amount of your payment each time.

Bank Transfers

Please note that bank charges apply for bank transfer payments. The agreed amount should be fully paid without any deductions for bank charges or other commissions. Ensure that the full amount of the bank remittances is received into our bank account, and all related bank charges are your responsibility.


After receiving your payment, we will issue the hotel voucher and/or final confirmed itinerary and send them to you via email.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of USD $20 per person is required for hotels and air ticket bookings upon service confirmation.

A non-refundable deposit of USD $100 per person is required for package tour service confirmation.

Cancellation Fees Timeline:

60 days prior to the arrival date: Forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Additional cancellation fees may be charged by concerned service providers such as airlines, boat companies, trains, and hotels, in accordance with their cancellation policies.

59 to 31 days prior to the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 30% per group/booking, plus any additional fees applied by concerned service providers.

30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per group/booking, plus any additional fees applied by concerned service providers.

14 to 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 70% per group/booking, plus any additional fees applied by concerned service providers.

Less than 7 days before arrival or no show: 100% charge per group/booking.

Note: Nonrefundable deposits and any applicable banking service fees will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

Refund of Unused Services: No refund will be given for any services that are unused after the trip has commenced.
